RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every piece you bring home from Mas Autentico. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale

All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@masautentico.co. Make sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.

All damage and defect claims must be reviewed and approved by Mas Autentico staff before a return, refund, or replacement is issued. After 5 days, we are unable to process damage or defect claims.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original box and packaging it was received in. We are not able to accept returns for damage caused by everyday use, accidents, drops, or missing parts of the cup.

Return Shipping

If the item is confirmed defective by our staff, we cover the cost of return shipping. For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by Mas Autentico staff, we'll issue a refund for the cost of the item to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item arrived defective. If you'd like a different piece, we recommend placing a new order.
