Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped from Tennessee within 2–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on what gets your order to you safely and on time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the product and your delivery address, and are calculated at checkout. From time to time we run free shipping promotions or offer free shipping over a certain order amount — keep an eye on the site and our emails for those.

Double-Check Your Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We're not able to cover reshipment costs for address errors, so a quick double-check at checkout goes a long way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace or refund orders that the carrier marks as delivered. In those cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo at info@masautentico.co within 5 days of delivery. We'll help you sort it out.
